Control / tests

Products labeled with the SRLine brand undergo multi-stage control and testing.

The quality control carried out in the factory is performed in accordance with the management system aimed at ensuring the quality requirements of the products, confirmed by testing.

Depending on the assortment, e.g. geometric measurements, strength tests, testing of material composition and their strength in accordance with the specification are performed.
For example, as part of tests performed on SRLine mirrors, the following are checked:
• impact resistance,
• stability of mounting the mirror insert,
• vibration resistance
• the number of product life cycles (applies to the mechanism for folding and setting the electric mirror insert),
• salt and corrosion resistance,
• correct reflection of light beams,
• resistance to temperature and humidity changes.

Along with the first and subsequent deliveries, random samples of products may be tested. For example, light bulbs are periodically evaluated by an independent institution involved in the approval of new types of cars.

In the next stage, road product tests are carried out in Poland, Polcar employees and selected clients willingly participate in them.

In addition, before introducing to the SRLine brand, products (unmarked SRLine logo) are available for 12-24 months in Polcar sales to check the stability of quality in subsequent deliveries.
