Radiator fans
Production of the SRLine radiator fans is carried out by two selected factories that have a 18 production lines. One of them is specializes in the production of fans with conventional motors and the other with brushless motors.
High quality is confirmed by ISO / TS16949 and ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001 certificates.
SRLine radiator fans are characterized by:
- Strong and stable frame (shroud) and shock absorbing propeller (blade). The material used guarantees low susceptibility to deformation at high temperatures, which ensures smooth operation of the fan motor.
- Motor:
a) conventional - made in accordance to the progressive die stamping process ensuring optimal balance for stable operation. To obtain the best parameters during the production of SRL fan motors, are used high-performance magnetic plates and coils, which is particularly important when working at high temperatures. Brushes with a long service life and bearings from the best selected bearing manufacturers ensure low noise levels.
b) brushless - thanks to the elimination of brushes and electric coil control, the SRLine brushless motors have a significantly extended service life, maintenance free and better fan efficiency. Electronic control, on the other hand, ensures precise speed adjustment and fan control. No brushes also means less noise.
- The efficiency and lifetime of SRLine radiator fans corresponds to the products supplied on vehicle assembly lines. Factories producing SRLine fans are suppliers of OEM / OES companies that are producers for the first assembly as well as supplying dealers with replacement parts for possible warranty and post-warranty repairs.
Quality control
The quality control process begins at the stage of materials supplied to the factory. Controls / tests of manufactured finished components such as motor or housing are carried out. The control ends with a test of the complete fan, during which the following is checked:
a) vibration resistance,
b) the number of load cycles (turning on, entering the highest speed, turning off),
c) lifetime (time of continuous operation under normal conditions and low and high temperature),
d) salt and corrosion resistance,
e) resistance to the temperature and humidity changes,
f) noise level at maximum and average speed / rpm.
