Air flow sensors
SRLine air flow sensors are manufactured using materials used in the OE production.Tests of sensors are performed using a high quality tester compatible with OE testers. It is equipped with 11 airflow controllers that can control the flow rate from 0.5 g/sec to 500 g/sec with an accuracy of 0.42%.
During tests, the following are checked:
- resistance to vibrations,
- corrosion resistance (48 h),
- moisture and temperature resistance,
- resistance to changing temperature conditions (-30°C / 1 hour, 175°C / 1 hour, interval 2 min, 25 cycles),
- the ability to work at low and high temperature (175 ° C / 24h and -30 ° C / 24H),
- airflow with small tolerance (sonic nozzle test),
- performance (OE compatibility).
