EGR valves
SRLine EGR valves are manufactured with high precision, where key components are made of OE compliant materials. Permanent care to high reliability and repeatability is controlled by high accuracy tester, the same as used for testing OE and OEM products. More than 150 test points can be checked.
During the tests, the following are checked:
- tightness (internal leakage and valve seat leakage),
- durability (500,000 valve opening and closing cycles),
- vibration resistance,
- corrosion resistance (48 h test),
- thermal shock resistance (-30°C / 1 hour, 175°C / 1 hour, interval 2 min, 25 cycles),
- ability to work in low and high temperatures (175°C / 24h and -30°C / 24H),
- resistance to contact with the car's operating fluids.
