Next, tests are carried out on manufactured sub-components such as control arms, pins, bushings, strips, shafts, and housing elements. Final inspection covers the complete finished product, including:

- measurement of torque required to rotate the ball joint in its socket,

- durability test under long-term 3-axis loading simulating real operating conditions,
- corrosion resistance testing under high humidity, salt mist, and temperature variation conditions.
