Window regulators
A car window regulator (also known as a window lifting mechanism) is a component located inside the door, responsible for raising and lowering the window.
All SRLine window regulators are manufactured in a single, proven, state-of-the-art facility with many years of experience. The facility is certified in accordance with ISO 14001:2015, ISO 9001:2015, and IATF 16949:2016 standards.
Before being introduced into production, each product undergoes numerous tests, which can be divided into three stages:
1. Component testing:
- salt resistance of metal components,
- heat resistance of plastic components,
- spring tensile strength testing.
2. In-production testing:
- quality and durability assessment of welded joints,
- computerised visual inspection on the assembly line.
3. Finished product testing:
- durability test – the window regulator raises and lowers the window 20,000 times at temperatures ranging from -30°C to 80°C,
- vibration resistance testing.
