Mission

In 2006, on the 20th anniversary of its creation, Polcar, using experience and precise knowledge of automotive parts factories, initiated the creation of the specialized mechanical parts brand SRLine - Selected Replacement Line.

Group of Product Managers received the task - to offer customers selected car parts of the same high quality as the first assembly products, whose price will be much better adapted to the prevailing market realities. As a result, customers have constant access to checked, verified and certified products at lower prices.

Companies producing original parts are increasingly subcontracting their production. Therefore, the search for new factories for the SRLine brand is focused on discovering those "subcontractors" who are real producers of original parts.

The priority for brand positioning from the very beginning has been to uphold the following core principles:

• Quality
  Achieving and maintaining the highest product quality, equivalent to that of original equipment (OE) parts, while ensuring highly attractive pricing.

• Technology
  The technology of our products often surpasses the solutions offered by OE manufacturers.

• Manufacturing plants
  The decision to manufacture the vast majority of SRLine parts in OE-supplier factories and facilities producing components for the largest automotive groups.

• Certificates
  Obtaining all certifications required by vehicle manufacturers, including TÜV, ISO, and AMTAC.
   
• Testing
  Conducting multidimensional, long-term tests confirming the highest quality of replacement parts as an absolute prerequisite for their inclusion in the SRLine portfolio.
   
• Minimum complaints
  Achieving a minimal complaint rate (up to 0.3%) through continuous monitoring of product reliability. By targeting the PREMIUM segment, the creators of SRLine set the bar high.  The first step was a meticulous, multi-stage audit of manufacturers, factories, and production processes, conducted by Polcar experts who visited each site multiple times.
  
  The verification process for pre-qualified factories involves – and continues to include – reviewing certifications, identifying client portfolios, and inspecting machinery, production workflows, and quality control systems. 
  This process continues to this day and is firmly embedded in the DNA of the SRLine brand.

For 20 years, the SRLine brand has been specializing in providing quality consumable parts. All SRLine product lines are manufactured by factories producing for well-known European trade brands with which Polcar has been cooperating for many years.

Polcar's established position and many years of experience in the industry have allowed us to create a brand of carefully selected products that meet the safety requirements and applicable quality standards, i.e. TÜV, AMTAC, etc.
