Exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) coolers
The EGR cooler is, next to the EGR valve, one of the main elements of the exhaust gas recirculation system, responsible for reducing the emission of nitrogen oxides (NOx) contained in the exhaust gas. Its unsealing most often results in the appearance of exhaust gases in the cooling system and loss of coolant, which may lead to a serious engine failure.
SRLine EGR coolers, by applying of the latest production technology and selected materials, provide long-lasting and trouble-free operation. They are manufactured in accordance with OE standards and quality management standards in the automotive sector (IATF 16949 certificate). All main components meet the quality requirements of first-assembly products.

SRLine EGR coolers are distinguished by:
- high corrosion resistance,
- precision of workmanship,
- high performance.
- tightness (water and air tests),
- resistance to extreme temperatures,
- resistance to exhaust gas condensate,
- corrosion resistance (salt spray test),
- vibration resistance.
